Welcome to my new hometown, St Pete Beach here in sunny Florida! I am so beyond excited to live here now and so I couldn't wait to film my first class the second I arrived! This class is a nice flowy practice. We do all kinds of fun “flipping” around and so the movements feel very whimsical and free flowing. I encourage you to move through this class as though you are flowing through water. As always try to sync your breath to your movement and flow from a place of intuition and trust. At the end of class, I talk about one of my favorite quotes to live by! Enjoy!
