This 60 minute practice is full of heart openers, such as Cobra, Wheel, Dancer, and Camel. We start in Child’s pose and then move into some Cat & Cow’s to really warm up our back muscles and get into our breath. This class is also full of fun twisting transitions that will help improve your balance as well as rejuvenate your spine. Along with heart openers and twists, this class integrates some unique and juicy core work. So start in Child’s Pose and have all the fun!
